I think Hopkins would rather fight Johnson because it an easier fight but I think he would fight Tarver too.

The plan after Taylor is the move to 175 to fight the winner of Johnson/Tarver. I feel Tarver will beat Johnson and Hopkins will beat Taylor to set it up. Sure doesn't make sense to me why Hopkins would think he needs to move to 175. He was born 160 and has never had weight issues. Seems like a mistake to me. I think he would be better suited to fight Winky and then call it a day.

I hope your right becuase I love Hop. I just think Tarver is a big Light Heavy with tremendous skill. He will present a problem for Hopkins. Hopkin's usual mo is to sit back and wear down his opponent and eventually overpowering them late. Can't see that happening with Tarver. Tarver has good stamina and a good chin. Hopkins would have to outbox him...can't see it.

Him vs Winky would be a good fight, two great boxers, I think Hopkins would show everyone how to beat a boxer like Winky Wright but Winky would give him a great fight. I would be routing for Winky but im not sure if he can beat him. Leave Tarver and Johnson open for it Roy stops all of his talk and returns.

Winky's HOT right now, but the knock on B-Hop lately is that he's been beating up on smaller guys, so Winky does nothing for his legacy at this point. Remember, B-Hop is all about history and legacy now. So, defeating the young bull, Taylor, then moving up to lt-hvy and doing what his idol, the GREATEST P4P fighter ever, Sugar Ray Robinson, couldn't do, win the lt-hvy belt is HUGE to him. Then, how about a final match against RJJ. They don't write it any better in Hollywood!

                      very good points.

I don't think Wright would be considered a "small" guy. Even though he just moved up, he is obviously a true Middleweight and should command respect as such. I agree with your points about his legacy,etc..I just don't like the styles matchup for him against Tarver.
