Cotto ain't tall and I doubt Steward would take him at this point.
After Saturday the choice in trainers for Cotto is clear.

I don't think Steward would be good for Cotto. I don't think they even like each other. Hear the way Steward was dissing Cotto in the Clottey fight? I was thinking, (i'ma ***** slap that *** after the fight...lol).
Also, he was better with heavier, bigger fighters. It's not that Steward can boss him around, anybody can ***** all they want, but who will Cotto listen to? Who does he respect enough? Is he still teach-able? Although he's stubborn and pretty set in his ways, i would pick Naaz to train him.
He did wonders with Mosley. And Adding to Cotto's style, Mosley's approach and never back up attitude would help Miguel stop with the "retreat mode" bull****, cuz when he gets that mindset, he loses his will. He's gotta break that mindset. I think if Miguel adapted to some of Mosley's traits, he could really benefit from that. He needs to be re-invented.
I'm a die-hard Cotto fan, but i can be critical of him, but i need to be hopeful for him also. I'm rooting for him to win. He can do it. This fight is win-able for him. He just has to prepare for it correctly. And i think his fight with Manny made him rethink the way he boxes in all aspects.Comment
