Manny doesn't remind me of anyone because no one has come up from fly-wt to welter-wt while maintaining their speed, getting stronger and being able to walk through the punches of the much bigger men. I think Manny is ATG 10-20.

He's champ in 7 divisions,and the guys he beat weren't cake walk in those divisions,except Diaz and maybe Hatton.

Oscar is second with 6 titles,but in reality only 5,since Sturm get clearly robbed.


Pacquiao is a freak,a phenomenom,his record,opponents+titles,style make him Top 10-20,in my opinion.

To me,Pacquiao is the "GOAT in handling bigger strong cats",I mean.

Him,Duran and Armstrong are the few rare greats to handle way bigger and good fighters.
