The Philippines don't have much in terms of accomplishments, so as soon as there is someone hitting the headlines and being world famous they vote him as president... why?

I bet there are people 1000x better candidate than Pacquiao, but I don't care all that much but he is leaving boxing behind.

If Pacquiao retires, there will always be the question of why he didn't fight Mayweather and why he refused the OST, it will be an asterisk on his legacy. Wether he's clean or not the questions will remain.

It seems a little blood test is a very big deal to Manny. So much so that he's willing to turn down millions of dollars and a chance to put on a once in a lifetime fight and beat an ATG, just so they don't stick a little needle in his arm.
