The Philippines don't have much in terms of accomplishments, so as soon as there is someone hitting the headlines and being world famous they vote him as president... why?

I bet there are people 1000x better candidate than Pacquiao, but I don't care all that much but he is leaving boxing behind.

Too much heat for random drug testing. This guy and his team gets undressed daily.

Or they are merely playing coy with the whole pacq dnt need pbf mantra. Who the *** else is he goin to fight? Stop kidding urselves. pacq's team cost him a few milli if they do fight. The allowed u to duck OST then rushed you into a bs sparring match.

Only way pacq fights pbf is if his "advisers" and posse gouge his pockets during this whole election process.

Pacq = TOOL or COWARD or CHEATER

He may or may not need pbf, BUT the sport surely doesnt need his shady azz.

              Bah, this is just ******ed.

Win or lose this election, Emmanuel Pacquiao is never again getting into the ring with someone not tailor-made to his liking. That includes Floyd Mayweather and Shane Mosley, both of which would likely beat him to a bloody pulp.

WTF? Manny LOST the last time he tried to get into politics. Pinoys don't want him in politics, they know it's a corrupt business and they want him to continue fighting, so what you're saying is completely untrue.
