You don't have to read me, Carnivore. But plenty of others do. I appreciate 'em all, even when they don't agree with me. I've been around for as long as I have for a reason.

Since you're looking for me to give hype instead of honesty, we're just not going to agree on things. And since your fanhood is coloring your reading and driving your incorrect insinuations, driving up the rhetoric instead of bolstering your perspective with logic, we're definitely not going to agree.

Again, thanks for the read and the comments.

Bear in mind that Carnivore is madly in love with both Klitschko´s, to the point where he would consider marriage.

I may be in the minority but I enjoy watching Wlad dominate and than go for the knock out. It is like watching a great pitchers duel in baseball and I also have always enjoyed them as well.

Honesty? What about your comment about Wlad only landing "one" punch on Chagaev? Is that the truth? Is your dislike of Wladimir "coloring" your analysis and driving you to "incorrect insinuations?"

Did you see Chagaev's face after the fight? Did you see the punchstats for that fight?

There's a difference between honesty and unfair, dishonest negativity. I'll remain honest - I'm able to give credit to ALL deserving fighters whether I like them or not.

We get that you don't like Wladimir - are you capable of just once writing an article without reaching to find a negative aspect to his successes to bore us with? Why not try to create some interest in the heavyweight division, instead of trying to diminish it?
OMG OMG OMG this is hilarious.

You're actually returning all the critics David has made about Klitschko as a fighter to him as a writer. This really is hilarious. I put the words that could have been there, I had great fun.

BIG PROPS TO DAVID FOR THIS ARTICLE.

This is a great dissection of Wladimir's style and accomplishments (and underachievements) since his last loss. It's made with style and it's accurate. Everything I have been criticized and branded a hater for telling, I have found in this article. It's not about hating or being negative.

I believe Wlad's last fight is the best example as to why he deserves to be called a boring fighter. He had a man in front of him who had no power, who couldn't hurt him, who was undersized, and yet, he had to take him until 5 seconds were left to finally do what should have been done in 6 rounds or less, which is ko him ? WTF I say. A real fighter takes his man out as soon as he senses he can. Even Steward was begging him to not let the fight lasts any longer.

BTW, big props to Eddie Chambers for lifting and throwing Wlad to the mat when he leaned on him. Enough of that leaning already, this is ****ing cheating, and it's ugly to watch.

You misread. David wrote that both Wlad and Chagaev landed only one MEMORABLE punch on each other. And that's the truth. It was a very boring fight, Wlad used his jab and straight right hand all night, Chagaev was circling, at the receiving end of Wlad's punches, doing almost nothing, keeping a high guard.

You are not alone in watching Wlad fights. I love watching him use his superior ring smarts and basic boxing skill to break his opponents down. A knockout doesn't make a fight more exciting for me. If a fighter gets the knockout, oh well and if they don't I can live with that too.

Larry Holmes fought about 5 guys who had 20 or less pro fights during his lo-o-ong title reign... And all of them were credible enough to get a shot at the title and be a part of his (Larry`s) incredible run! Why isn`t Boytsov with 27 fights/victories isn`t credible enough? Said that and judging on what many say about Wlad, Boytsov has the style to test Wlad`s chin!

On the other hand it speaks about Wlad a lot! He seems so effective to people, that even a 81% Ko ratio (Boytsov) cann`t persuade them that Denis has a chance...
