what about floyd's last 40 fights? he didn't take any random test in all of his 40 fights. That was a very questionable for floyd since why he just ask this random test after his 40 fights. We don't know if he was really cleaned on that 40 fights.

Floyd is clearly scared of Pacquiao by demanding new rules exclusively for Pacquiao. Why not Floyd fights Pacquiao using the rule set-up by the boxing commission?
