To answer your question....Pac wants to beat Floyd for all the trash talk him and his family have been doing. He also wants the challenge.

At the same time, he doesn't need the fight because if the fight falls through, he still has Margartio, belt at 154, Valero and the third Marquez fight.

Yes Manny is right, they don't need the fight. Floyd does however, because who else is he gonna fight to get him the payday he wants? Floyd only fights for paydays and not for legacy. Manny can take several fights for legacy even if they don't bring alot of money. Floyd cant and thats the difference.
