I dont think so but who knows, he's only 19 with almost 30 fights.

He can probably reach 100 fights at this pace just like chavez did.

I just hope he doesnt fight bums all the time

I know what you mean homie, but then again I doubt Golden Boy will feed him bums for too long. I think they wanna make this kid a huge deal for Mexico. There are alot of big names at 147 so he will have alot of options.

He has trouble with slick fighters, i saw it in one of his former fights. A good slick fighter would make him look foolish.

I see him a bit too average, seems like a good kid and all but I think at this point he is just a product of TV Azteca marketing and smart matchmaking, I would like for him prove me wrong though. I think he could beat fellow welter prospects Antwone Smith, but would be beaten by someone like Mike Jones.

yeah i think so. his mental makeup and approach is so advanced for a kid his age.
he doesnt have amazing physical tools, but his intangibles and instincts make up for that.

Currently he's the equivalent of a younger Amir Khan. Huge TV exposure early on his career to get a fan following. Until he steps up in comp, we'll have zero idea just how good he is. He can fight tons of cans all day long and we'll still have no idea if he's the real deal. I'm sure he'll eventually take a step up but at 19 years old, I still don't see how he can compete with "men" unless he's a Tyson like freak of nature at a young age. I'd say wait until he's around 23 years before throwing him to slaughter.

He has power but nothing out of this world and his handspeed is pretty average imo. I do see the similarities with his style to marquez so maybe he can develop to be a good counterpuncher. And his chin hasn't been tested either.
