I believes Pac have a good heart in politics yet philippine politics is very intricate matter! He would just ends up tainted if he do so. Politics is not his field and for this time I will be rooting for Chiongbian, Pac will suffer second KO defeats inside the philippine political arena!

I hope the Filipino people do the right thing and not vote for him....at least not until he's done with boxing. Singing and acting is one thing, but politics is another. This will be a complete distraction to his fighting and he would be doing a disservice to his people. Politics is not a part time hobby.

people are now aware that being popular doesn't translates for an easy win on election day. pacman needs to think that he is only being used by some politicians for personal gains like sabit singson. how can he deliberate with seasoned lawyers and politicians in the senate? no wonder i don't see lito lapid at the plenary giving his piece of his mind. only english he know is 'hya tigidig-tigidig'. just to see how the philippines is being run by idiots...

I'm betting pac will still not win this election. He'll be clobbered by his opponent.

i agree.. i admire what he's trying to do and help because I've been through the poverty in our country. what he's doing is great, but what he doesn't realize is that his people are more happy with what his doing now more then ever. a one man icon that'll make a stand for his own country in front of the whole world. for every country there should be that icon, and for our country it's manny pacquiao.
