126-130 those four pounds make more of a difference than 160-168, higher you go less it means and at 200+ lbs heavier can actually be deteremental. It isn't bad for Klitschko or Lewis because they're the exceptions to the rule and retain top handspeed to go along with the size, very few do.

    Size to strength ratio.

If you watch boxing it's kind of hard to believe that you don't understand this already.
I agree with this. Ustinov who was on Wlad cards is a good example (and so is Valuev and even Prides' Hong-Chi-Man). Most of these big guys are cumbersome and have heavy feet and low snap (even power at all) in their awkward punches instead relying on clubbing and wearing out opponents. LL, WK and even VK (to some extent) are more mobile, quicker and better punching superheavies. I do believe the traditional 6'2"-6'3" 220 lbs boxer is going to have extreme problems with the new age quick, tall, hard punching heavies, but as mentioned above, they are still quite rare.

This is the internet. You could be typing in the back of your folks trailer for all anyone knows, so stick to facts.

With Wlad, its not a weight issue at all. He is athletic and very tall. He moves like a much smaller man while weighing anything from 230 - 245. He is also quite rare in that fact. As said by others, most talls are heavy AND slow.

i guess i dont know this already and its hard for you to believe
If Valuev, Ustinov, Timo Hoffman, Ray Austin or any slow cumbersome tall put any more weight on they'd go from slow to completely stationary. LL, WK and VK are quite athletic and not overly heavy for their height. If Brock Lesnar tried boxing, how would a new weight limit benefit him at 265 lbs? I believe the new superheavies are, like mentioned before a combination of height, athleticism and to a LESSER extent, weight. Natural progression of heavyweight fighting may relegate 6'3" and lower boxers to fight at leaner weights.

now look at heavyweights who give up 20,30,40 lbs...

          how is this fair????

why not seperate heavyweight and like superheavyweight 230 and above or something

how can it be fair a guy weighs 210 and fights a guy at 245?
if a guy fights at 210 and doesnt want to take on someone who is 240 then he should work off the extra 10 and go to cruiser. I dont want to see big fat fatties in there.

Etlux is right, look at wlad aft6er the fight, dudes energy was spent - the size and weight will play against you if the right opponent pushes him to the limit - i'm waiting on odlanier solis, david haye, i even think povetkin has a good shot - i think everyone is over critical on him and it might hurt him - but he has decent size, punching power, he moves his head, and he's a gold medalist - so his pedigree is good - man am i mad at audley harrison (6'6 gold medalist) no heart, skill never progressed, shoulda coulda woulda - oh and when in the hell have you guys seen 2 brothers fight? that would be some bs - i kinda like it this way because if you beat one the other is gonna come straight at you - good shyt

dumbass? im a dumbass for starting a discussion?

so wlad at 6'5 and 245 at prob 7% body fat, athletic, quick, agile and weighing prob 35 lbs heavier than his opponent is "detrimental"?

weight is not a burden in this case?

                god bless ya for trying.

you call me out for "its hard to believe you watch boxing not knowing this"

i brought up a discussion, you call me out for being ignorant i listed my credentials.

                  back of my moms trailer?

pm me a copy of your degree/pay checks and i will do the same.

i brought up a discussion for the sheer fact the W Klit is physically on another level than some of his recent opponents and weighing 35 lbs more to start with can be viewed as unfair.
i like the hw division how it is.

forgive me for discussing boxing issues in a boxing forum

                  god bless ya for tryin

If Chambers is smart, he goes down to cruiser, hes just no heavyweight. At cruiser he could be the best. This was like a fight between a welterweight against a light heavyweight. And Wlad is a naturall big strong man, most heavies are overweight but the Klits fight at their natural weight and they are still verry athletic and skillfull with their size.

I have to agree. Chambers would be a MONSTER at CW! Unfortunately for cruiserweights big money are always in the one division ahead...
