i know right. ****ting on Paulie is crazy. he can box. Paulie knows the deal, and that he's just seen as stepping stone for Khan, but he can really step it up here and crash Khan's party. im rooting for the dude, because he's entertaining and i would like to see him stay in the game.

Reminds me of them old style 2p arcade machines.
And when you got a line you got to play a little game like bank or bust..
20p -> 40p -> 80p ect...
The more risks the more reward, but as soon as theres one loss especially this early in his career it's bust *again.Comment

I agree with Barry but is he trying to say English boxers need a fan base to win? or just Khan on his own? but then why bring up Hatton and Calz? Calz would have been awesome in the USA no matter what, experience in the UK is the same as experience in the US isnt it? What about Froch fighting in Herning? I personally think its the best move for Khan, he has already had a KO loss and im sure he learned alot from it. A points loss to Paulie will school him even more and make him better in the long run. He already has a 3 fight contract so if he loses then he can still get back.Comment

It is better for Khan to go to the US and lose instead of being a ***** and fighting in the UK all his careerComment

I agree to a certain degree of risk, but since Khan feels the need to talk alot of **** about American fighters he can come over here and fight them. He's young so he has alot to prove in his own eyes. Some just have to learn the hard way.Comment

That's like a Floyd fan bringing up Manny's two horrible loses in the PI when he first turned pro.
You guys gave Khan a lot of **** in the past about his competition, but you still give him **** when he decides to step up.
Paulie is a bum compare to other boxers, but he's better than anyone Khan has fought this early in his career. You want him fighting the best this early on his career so he can be washed up in a few years? Khan has talent, but he still has a lot to learn.Comment

Why would GBP and his management put him against one of the better punchers in his weight class this early in his career? They still need to build up his confidence and chin.Comment

Former champion and boxing hall-of-famer Barry McGuigan says Amir Khan is taking a very big risk with his decision to invade the United States so early in his career. McGuigan questions whether this is the right time for Khan to make such a move. He said Hatton came along at the right time and brought an army of fans with him, and Calzaghe did not have the army of fans but he did have the experience. McGuigan says Khan is lacking in experience and does not have an army of fans who follow him around, and that will make his invasion of America even harder. [Click Here To Read More]Comment
