It will be a sad day for boxing when Floyd dismantles Pacquiao Gatti style.

I can see it now..
Larry: "Those punches were illegal."
Steward: "I believe the election had an effect on Pacquiao that cause to lose this fight." "Floyd never throws enough punches."
Jim: "Damn!, Damn!, I can't believe it, Damn!, it didn't happen, Damn!..Damn!, Damn!Comment

I watched Pac-Clottey again (Just to look for stuff) as I ate left over Sbarros before I logged on to B-Scene and I have to tell you guys something.
The commentary was beyond disgusting. They worshiped Pac like he was the second coming Jesus Christ himself. It was so over the top it was hard to listen to mind you the previous times I had the volume off so I could score accurately but my goodness that commentary was awful.
The praise and worship these guys gave made me uncomfortable. It was truly pathetic. The "****, **** " topped it off. Kellerman, Lederman, Lampley and Steward slobbed him for 36 minutes straight no breaks to breathe.
Mayweather knows how beloved Pac is and hes aware of the high horse hes been placed on by these commentators and writers. If he can ever get this guy to sign the contract he is going to piss on every thing he stands for. The more you guys hype up Pac as this unstoppable force who is as great as Ali and Armstrong the better Floyd will look when he dominates him and makes it look easy.
This isnt a flame thread if you think Pac will KO him in 3 rounds. Great. Cute. More power to you. Im just telling you it will be a sad day when Floyd destroys him.
Kind of reminds me of the Gatti build up when Gatti was so praised for his wars and Floyd wasnt getting any shine and he told everyone he was gon embarrass him in front of his own fanbase.
That is all.Comment

Pac feeds off adversity and a challenge. He's heard it all from Floyd and after this whole blood issue? He's going to attack Fraud like he's never been attacked in his life. Imagine the 2nd rd vs Mosley for all 12 if it goes that long. Not to mention Pac will fight every minute of the round unlike Mosley. I fear for Floyd's life in this fight if it ever happens. He's gonna make all his fans realize he was a fraud to begin with. Pac will elevate to true god like status within the boxing world when they find out he's always been the truth since his demolition of Oscar.(cause nobody cares about his dominance in the lower weights).
Pac can make it a fight. If Pac nails Floyd like Chop-Chop did, I don't think he's laying down till he's completely shot his wad.
Floyd if he gets cracked is going to have to weather pressure for more than a round.
That's what makes this compelling. I rarely see Pac discouraged and even if Mayweather is killing him, Pac will keep coming.
That's just the way he is.
I just don't think Floyd will be able to fight in spurts. I think he's going to be on point all night, because even Roger says, he hates Floyd fighting southpaws.
I hate the Gatti comparisons. Gatti was a warrior but he was mostly an HBO creation. Plenty of guys got Gatti pretty good. He wasn't exactly a superstar at that weight when Floyd fought him. I mean ****, he lost to Manfredy at 130... a guy Floyd waylaid in a couple of rounds years before.Comment

I've read a few responses stating that since PBF couldn't get JMM, Shane, Zab, ODLH, etc outta there (via KO)...how is he going to get PAC outta there or punish him...Two points...Before he fought those mentioned above the prevailing thought was, they were going walk through his perceived weak punching power, jump all over him like a whirlwind and he would eventually give in to the onslaught...The problem is after eating lead rights and counter lefts and rights for an entire rounds while never seeming to land an equal amount of punishment on him, they all went into survival mode or in Zabs case went low...These were all smart boxers who, with no answers were relegated to waiting for PBF to make a mistake and pretty much werer all resigned to losing and not getting KO'd or taking unnecessary punishment...
On the other hand you have your warrior type boxers, like Gatti and Hatton...You know, the I can take more punishment than you type fighter and it ultimately cost them both and in Hattons case, in even quicker fashion against Pac...I classify these boxers as your Banzai type...Pure blood and guts warriors...If Pac fights like this, he will get F@ckin destroyed...The scary part is I think he's going to attempt to fight like this and people are going to be really shocked by the outcome...Remember Pac was put on wobbly legs by JMM in ther second fight (so, he can be KO'd) and was touched consistently by not only JMM but Morales and Clottey (When he let his hands go)...And I'll go out on a limb and say that PBF is 10 X's the boxer that those guys are.
One caveat...I recently mentioned this to a couple of friends of mine...Like in PBF's most recent fight with Shane...Pac has a punchers chance and we almost saw the KO happen in round two against Shane...I enjoy watching Pac fight but I just don't see him as having anything more than a punchers chance.
Peace Mo!Comment

"Oh, ****. Did you see how that dude got Manny'd?"Comment

Floyds counters were enough to make Mosley drop his output but for some reason *******s think that Pac is going to keep running in guns blazing like Mayorga would do Paulie M.
Pac will be hitting air and getting countered. Floyd will win a wide UD. Then *******s will ***** and say floyd is too big and is ducking paul williamsComment

Pac gets beat worse than Mosley. Mosley at least had some attributes they allowed him to be a real threat to Floyd. Just as fast, Stronger, more power, and bigger. Pac has more power and.....................that's about it. Oh he's a southpaw as well. After round..........4, it's over. Pac has the stamina to go 12.......until he starts punching air and realizes how tiring that is. I am tripling up on this one.Comment
