Which was why I wasn't talking about resume or ring accomplishments. I merely stated that Haye is a more accomplished boxer than Chambers in terms of skills and style. Having watched both fighters, I have to say that Haye is the better boxer.
But in light of these statements, Peter, Brock, and Dimitrenko are nothing worth shouting about. Just as Valuev, Barrett, Maccarinelli, and Mormeck are nothing worth shouting about. Both Haye and Chambers still have much to prove. But when it is all said and done, at least Haye has his Cruiserweight titles, and his heavyweight title to fall back on. If Chambers loses tonight, I doubt he will get another chance at a title for a long time.
Anyway, good luck to Chambers tonight. I rooted for him against Dimitrenko, and I will root for him against Wlad. If we wins tonight, Haye vs Chambers is fight that could bring some much needed style and substance to a stagnant HW division.
