I have to say: I was pretty impressed with the crowd. Even though the Pac-Clottey fight was weak, and the undercard was sub-par, there was some good energy being generated at Cowboys Stadium. I thought the name they chose for the fight, "The Event," was indicative of what the promoters expected everything to be. They didn't expect all that much from Joshua Clottey, but they knew they could produce an exciting atmosphere for the card.Comment

theres no reason pickin a -20k seat over 45-100k seater. its not like ******** dies if it aint held in vegas. A megafight will easily sell out the stadium.Comment

more big fights should be there, manny fighting an opponent with a real following could generate 60 thousand plus pretty easily. its too bad margs had to cheat and get ko'd because he would have been a great opponent for that venue, and it would have been a great fight.Comment

arum wants manny there because he gets so much money from ticket sales. arum got 9 milly from pacyow vs cotto tickets and that was on 15k people. arum made more than manny purse on dallas ticket sales alone.
