Clottey has had some exposure against Diego Corrales, Zab Judah (Vegas), Antonio Margarito and Miguel Cotto (MSG, and some think he won). I dont think he is a complete unknown like some people are saying.

Lets have a bet, Mayweather vs Mosley will do MORE than TWICE as much in PPVs than what Pacquiao vs Clottey will generate and guaranteed to be above 1 million buys.

For example if Pacquiao-Clottey does 700,000 Buys, our bet will be that Mayweather-Mosley does MORE than 1.4 million Buys.

Already made a bet with horus, not enough point as for now maybe later on i'll take you on that.

i personally think anything over 800,000 is very good considering there was no 24/7 and clottey is as unknown as they come. but there is no doubt floyd is the bigger draw, though i think it is very close, because i do believe manny is the bigger star, internationally and it seems like he is the bigger star in the US now, but maybe not. floyd is smart, soo many people buy his ppv's to watch him lose, cause they hate him, and he does that on purpose of course. the marquez fight did well, however they had to push it back and had a 24/7 and marquez is a more known opponent, but that fight will probably beat the clottey fights ppv #s by a lot.

He's an unknown in the big scheme of things. In comparison to Floyd, his biggest PPVs were with Oscar De La Hoya and Ricky Hatton. He did a Million with Marquez which was a good, but Marquez had a Mexican backing and the fight was billed as Floyd's comeback. Pacquiao vs Clottey was sold on two things, Manny Pacquiao and Cowboys Stadium. To me, 650k-700k buys isn't too bad considering people bought the PPV to see 1 guy. Mosley vs Floyd will obviously do better (for obvious reasons).

Freddie Roach himself said Cotto is a bigger draw than Mosley, Cotto has a huge following whilst Mosley hardly has a solid fan base.

If Mayweather vs Mosley does more pay per views than Pacquiao vs Cotto, I dont think its even up for debate who is the bigger draw out of Mayweather and Pacquiao...Considering the numbers of Mayweather-JMM (Floyd did more in 1 fight compared to Pacs 2 fights with JMM) vs Pacquiao-JMM, Mayweather-De La Hoya (All time high record in PPV's and almost doubling what Pac did against Oscar 2 years later) vs Pacquiao-De La Hoya, Mayweather-Hatton vs Pacquiao-Hatton.

Now Mayweather-Mosley can be compared to Pacquiao-Cotto numbers, the same Cotto who has a huge fan base and is a bigger star than Mosley.
