Stop acting like JMM is a big Mexican star. He's not even the most well know or popular Mexican boxer. He was also behind MAB and Morales. Canelo is more popular than JMM.
Really? Floyd has 2 PPV's north of 1 mill. Guess who also has 2 PPV's north of 1 mill?

Not great at English, but I'm fairly sure statements don't need question marks. You stated that JMM wasn't a dance partner, not me. I'm just repeating what you said. Now, are you going to edit my responses, or actually respond to them? You said that JMM wasn't a dance partner. Neither is Clottey. So now, how's Pac a bigger draw?

Post the numbers they did with common opponents.

        I'll wait...

No marketing? The fight was in Dallas and Manny was all over TV for a few days. 24-7 is not going to make you sell 100K+ more PPV buys.

Manny should be able to carry a fight if he's the cash cow like his fans say.

Did I say 700K for his fight was a bad number in this thread?
Ask all the posters from that area if there was any marketing for that ****. Most people didn't even know it was going on that weekend. That's coming from boxing fans from the Texas metro area.

considering the way the promotion was for this fight, 600k would be a success.

JMM has a huge fan base? LMAO! I hate to break it to you, but he's not the most famous or popular boxer. Canelo is more popular than JMM and JMM was always behind MAB and Morales.

Post the numbers of JMM's PPV buys?

Floyd does have a fan base you idiot. How are you going to sell millions of PPVs without a fan base?

What's your point? I'll admit, Floyd fought them at better times. Pac fighting ODLH coming off a loss kind of takes the luster off of that fight doesn't it? Pac-Hatton and May-Hatton did close numbers. Pac wasn't a superstar yet when he fought Marquez, correct?
