Yep so if it's good for the sport then let the commission organize it. I'm sure they've debated it themselves many times, we don't know the thinking behind testing up to this point. It's very easy to sit outside the box and say they should do this n that but unless your there yourself, in those meetings, you really don't know all the ins and outs of it all.... no matter what crazy facts and articles are posted on this forum.

They hide behine corrupt and inept state commissions who have inherent conflicts of interest in this regard.

It would show the public, who this testing is supposed to be for anyways, "to clean up the sport", who is getting tested and when. The results don't even have to be known, just let it be known when someone was tested.

A certain segment of fans though,

        would disagree, and passionately.

Commission testing procedures have already been proven to be vastly inadequate...........that is FACT and not up for debate.

You can't believe everything that comes from the USADA either, those guys are a company who need to generate income and score contracts. Getting onboard as boxings official testing authority would be highly beneficial for them financially.

I see a lot of people on here that usually don't side or is indifferent with Mayweather siding with him on this issue...the only people that don't are people that love Pac.

I agree with the thread starter it seems to be only Pac fans who have a problem with this test and come up with the excuse that Floyd is inventing a test strictly for Pac when this type of test has been around in boxing before Mayweather requested it for the fight with Pac. Whenever Pac makes a request no matter how ridiculous it is i don't see any Pac fans calling him out for it, however when Mayweather makes a request that actually helps the sport of boxing all hell breaks loose. Lets be honest if Pac was the one requesting these tests and Mayweather was ducking them Pac would be heralded as a hero for trying to improve drug testing in boxing and Mayweather would be crucified for ducking them and rightfully so. Seems like Floyd can do no good in the eyes of people who dislike him period.

ofcourse....it can still be beaten....but the random and frequent nature acts as a deterrent.......boxing, given it's inherently violent nature should have the crem de la crem of PED testing procedures........do you agree?????? It current policies are indifferent. This is hurting boxing's credibility.
