    No.

    He refused 40 times.

    Now, if you'd like,

you can try and prove he didn't use for 40 fights.

    Shoot your shot.
Are you ******ed or just pretending to be?

To refuse something means his opponent or someone demanded these tests to happen. They did not. So how did he refuse them?

Now it is your shot. Please dont be ******ed this time around.

Nobody has to demand anything for it to be refused.

I choose not to drink alcohol,

but not because anyone asked me.

I just refuse to drink it.

      So, again,

can you prove Floyd didn't use PEDs?

No, for him to refuse the tests it has to be mentioned as a possibility for him.
If you are never offered alcohol nor is in contact with it, you are not refusing to drink alcohol.

          No but nice word play

          refuse-

          1. to express oneself as unwilling to accept
2 a : to show or express unwillingness to do or comply with <refused to answer the question> b : deny refused admittance to the game>
3 obsolete : give up, renounce father and refuse thy name — Shakespeare>

see your choice of words has different meaning if you really want to twist words around to fit your point

you are using the 3rd definition of the word meaning you renounce alcohol

          fine thats your CHOICE

however when it comes to the subject at hand, whether Floyd refused to test, then the first two are he definitions that apply. You are using the word refuse to mean Floyd has shown an unwillingness to test. That is false because there hasn't been an instance where he has been presented something in the first place to refuse

even if you went by the third definition of refuse you have no proof he gave up or renounced testing. In fact, he has shown precedent in stating he is willing to ACCEPT testing as a part of his fights.

so your version of how YOU use the word refuse does not apply to what you are insinuated about Floyd

I mean, really, who can? Its not like anyone can prove he didn't do PEDs seeing as how he never tested 40 times.

atleast he is willing to take a test how bout pac

              You're wrong.

"I choose not to drink alcohol" = expressing oneself as unwilling to accept alcohol.

I refuse to drink alcohol and nobody has to offer me any to make that choice.

Just as Floyd refused to implement testing in any of his previous bouts.

Its not complicated, but quite simple really.

But if you want to go by the word itself and get overly technical,

ok, do as you please, but it doesn't change the fact that Floyd never demanded testing because he was on PEDs himself. That is enough to raise questions as to why, suddenly, does one choose to "clean up the sport" on his own whim.

                    Either way,

it can't be proven that he wasn't using for 40 fights.

He didn't take any random blood testing, never inquired about it, never petitioned the organizations about it and we all know why.

He was cheating his opposition during that time.

If you have the time, please, you and every one else,

tell why you think he was clean.

                      PEDs is why.

Or else, Floyd and his family, as insiders to the sport who know a thing or two about a thing or two about boxing,

would have lobbied for this type of testing from the very beginning of his career.

If you want to make a thread about Pac and PED use, go right ahead,

this isn't the place for that discussion.
