Bert Said Floyd and Pacquiao started at the same weight class.But the difference is Floyd got slower and lost power moving up all those weight classes and Pacquiao did`nt.

You could argue that Pac is actually faster then when he was in a alower weight class.

It's just that pacquiao is greater than mayweather. Why bert will question pac about those random drug test? If it was the commission's drug test that pac won't take then even his own fans will question pac about it, doesn't matter if u don't take him seriously, the boxing fans knows and respected bert sugar more than you.
