Hopefully all those excuses is because he feels he`s not ready to take on Floyd.
Pac is clean and I do hope he takes those tests. I don't think he is hiding anything or lying or making excuses... He just don't know whats going on. Too many voices in his corner and honestly his interviews are just misunderstood. The truth is Pac believes that blood tests will affect him in some way. He is more superstitious than educated about the subject. I could see not being prepared for Floyd as a reason as well. I don't think he does PEDs though and I hope they come to an agreement on those tests. It ain't wrong to be su****ious but it ain't right to be certain as well.

        I agree.

Which explains why he rematched Castillo ASAP.

No, back then his whole marketing scheme wasn't built around his "0". Nowadays everyone pays to watch him fight waiting for him to lose that 0, once he loses it... then it's back to the drawing board on how he'll market himself.

Bert Sugar nail this one. As a veteran fight anchorman and analyst this was a top notch observation from him. Now Floyd is an exposed chicken.

So why is he signed to fight Shane Mosley?

Why did he try and fight Pacquiao?
