That could include a two-year ban for a failed test.
“At the end of the day, USADA has no jurisdiction,” Keith Kizer, executive director of the Nevada Athletic Commission, told The Associated Press. “Like any medical test, if a fighter wants to do anything more than what we require, more power to them.”
Kizer said fighters can petition the commission to change its drug testing protocol, and Arum was open to doing that in December, before negotiations for Pacquiao-Mayweather unraveled.
Schaefer took that option to Mayweather’s team, but Kizer said they never responded.
“At the end of the day, this is about Pacquiao-Mayweather, and we’re not going to change our policies to help one fighter get a mind-game edge or another edge over another fighter,” Kizer said. “That being said, we have over the years revised and expanded our policy. We added steroid testing about nine years ago, out of competition testing a few years back.
“More drug testing is better, everyone would agree to that, but there is a limit.”

You Pacfarttards always have an excuse why your god didn`t take the test.If Mosley had`nt admitted to roid use nobody who have known he was on roids and you would have said the same thing about Pacquiao you said about Mosley which is:Why he asking Mosley to take a random blood and urine test, he don`t have a history of taking roids"u r always bashing PAC for the slightest thing u read about..damn u really have personal hatred towards this guy huh??? If the boxing commision wants to make random blood test in the future they will and everyone will abide by them no need to get a period over it damn calm down dude...

Can anybody answer me, what's the difference of conducting a blood test before and after the fight???
PACMAN agreed that he will take the blood test right after the fight, though he refuse to take the bloodtest a day before the event. So what's really the different?
I guess, if someone used PEDS or any enhancing drugs, it should be used in the fight night so that the effectivity of the drugs still remains in the actual fight. Now if the fight ended, they will took the same blood test together, and of course a day or two, the results will be released that someone is on PEDs.
Bottomline: Gayweather is just too scared of PACMAN, and he want to control BOXING like his own puppet! What a shame! After many years of boxing, i guess this time the fighter dictates the rules and regulation of the sport, it's a big slap to the commission if they will agreed what Gayweather's want!Comment
