roach made it clear, if chicken floyd want random blood testing, they should go to the commission. if the commission says so, then pac will be compelled to the test. but it is not for chicken floyd and his apes father and uncle to say they go to random drug test because that is not necessary. pacquiao was never tested positive with drugs unlike mosley so why subject him to drug test.

while i pick chicken floyd to beat mosley by a boring 12 rounds decision, running from round 1 to round 12, i will not surprised if the fight ends in 12 rounds with both fighters unscathed. i still hope mosley could muster a miracle because if shane wins, he will fight pacquiao next. but if chicken floyd wins, he will never fight pacquiao because he is so scared to get knockout by the p4p king.

chicken floyd will always be chicken.

(Pac has passed & agrees to all testing done by his sport's ruling body)

Would you jump through hoops & follow what your accuser ask you to?
Floyd Sr. is not the Mayweather camp.

Remember there are numerous contradictions from the Pacquiao camp and Pacquiao himself.

IMO they let the demand for Drug testing evolve into accusation's of Pacquiao being on drugs. It went from a simple Yes or No, to what we have at this point.

lol i agree, his team mentioned m. hatton, paulie, and nate campbell as possible opponents but when they heard criticisms about it and found an opportunity to fight shane, they jumped in. i believe floyd was just cornered to fight mosley. his immediate choices will still be one of the three that was mentioned.

if mosley wins, he can't fight manny because floyd has a rematch clause. so if shane wins, he still fights floyd again. let's see how this goes on PPV.

Follow the commission guidelines NOT Gayweather's "let's duck you at all costs" chicken guidelines. How about the commission adopts a guideline that if you retire, you have to comeback and fight your way up to the top?? by fighting the Top fighters and not washed up, over-the-hillers??? PHUCK GAYWEATHER!!

Yup! Once one commission does it, it wont be long before the others follow suit... I like both them females too. I gotta give it to Alicia myself, by split decision.

WHO CARES WHO ASKED FOR THE TEST! This sport desperately needs it-- more than any other sport. Integrity goes a long way towards promotion and marketability of your product. Boxing doesn't have much integrity. BIG UPS to the NYSAC to Mayweather/Mosley and to the USADA. I DON'T CARE HOW THIS ALL CAME ABOUT, WHO ACCEPTED THE TERMS, WHO REJECTED THEM, WHY THEY THEY DID IT, or any of that, IM JUST GLAD THAT SOMETHING IS FINALLY BEING DONE. I say down with the dinosaur Arum's of the world and to an archaic conservative system that is more concerned about profit that it's athletes. REAL BOXING FANS STAND THE **** UP!

So the blood will be stored for 8 years??? How do we know that one of the camps (particulary the Mayweather camp) can't pull some strings, should Floyd lose, and have the USDA test Mosley positive later on???

Another question is, what happens if Floyd or Mosley don't tell the USDA where they're going here and there. I know for the Olympics, if you're not where you're supposed to be, they can bann you for 2 years just for that. What's the stipulation for this fight if either guy isn't where he is supposed to be? Remember that Bryant Gumble report and how that one guy wasn't at home when the USDA people knocked on his door, he only went to ride his bike.

                      This is such a hassle.
