Actually if Floyd - Mosley does 1.5.. and the fight is competitive at all, they might do a rematch even IF Floyd wins, just for the money.

Pacquiao being the 140lb champion still would fight bradley or alexander in the proper weightclass. Mayweather would not be able to fight either at 147 without taking an extreme amount of criticism.

And it's not that floyd "cant" go to 154. It's that there is no "money" fight for him anywhere. Not at 140, not at 147, not at 154.
