1) Because Pac has never tested positive for any PED's. 2) Neither is he linked to BALCO, Conte, or anyone else involved with PED's. Yes, Roach had Toney under him but Roach is just a trainer, not a nutritionist. 3) Pacquiao has a team of UCLA-trained nutritionists/personal trainers (Tom did work. at Cedars-Sinai also) and a San Diego State trained nutritionist working hand in hand to provide the most effective, complex training and nutritional regimen available to him. 4) UCLA would not allow their names and labs to be associated with illegal activities such as doping. 5) INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY!
