Answer me this: Will your timing get better working the dobble end bag for 10 minutes compared to working the dobble end bag for 1 minute? Yes or no.

Chavez jr should of turned into Mayweather against Troy Rowland, what happened Lol.

I reckon we should start question any fighter who improves his technique from now on, maybe Hopkins had dabbled then no? from the crude brawling fighter he was against Mercado to the slick fighter we saw against Trinidad.

That does not translate to the greater scale you are talking about, thats one extreme to another.

Also, it dont matter how long you hit a bag, it wont help be able to judge space and distance in order to be able to land the same punches on an opponent.

When i first started Boxing i outboxed some of the more experienced kids at the gym, why? because i have/had a natural better appreciation for timing, space and distance, not because i had spend more hours in the gym.

I guess you don't have to train then. It's all in the God given talent that simply cannot improve with exercise.

that.... he recouperates and heals his body faster so he is able to train like a monster. They say he trains like no one right?

Owned ? you gotta be joking this is easy batting away their ridiculous analogy's.

Take roids + workout harder = better Boxing technique? so ****** its not even funny.

You could give David Diaz steroids, do you think he is gonna improve his Boxing technique much? exactly! is he ***.

You said that, infact i said you do have to train if you go back through my posts.

Its as much about learning and appreciation for what you need to do (what your trainer is teaching you) than it is about how how hard (physically) you can work out on a bag.
