      dude, it aint a steroid, thousands of athletes use it. so would u have them ban cortisone shots too??

      and i aint a *****...i guess freddy roach is a ***** too huh??he specifically said there was nothing wrong with xylocaine and he dont even like floyd.

          I got two schools of thought on this. First, if it lowers your pain threshold it is altering the sport and MAYBE it shouldn't be allowed. Second, considering the damage a fighters hands endure over fights and careers many fighters wouldn't be able to fight with out it or be as effective or exciting, which in turn would hurt the sport as a hole. This is a tough one for me to decide and Im still on the fence.

              well if your going to ban that.. why stop there... ban Protein drinks/supplements and gatorade... because that stuff hydrates and helps you recover quickly than you would normally.

                  i voted yes, but should be after the pacquiao-mayweather fight. because floyd is depending on those drugs, without those xylocaine drugs floyd couldn't train and fight.
