People forget one other pertinent fact.......if a fighter weighs in over the limit by a pound or two...they can come back after 2 hrs to weigh in again after a run or a **** or whatever........

So if Mayweather came in at 148...he could go run on a treadmill for 30mins to an hr and drop a pound in water weight in under 2 hrs, jump back on the scale 2 hrs later and be 147..........the limit......
