I agree, they are both early enough in their careers that they can fight another couple fights to build both their skills and the hype. Right now it is a very good fight that most casual boxing fans wouldn't care too much about. Give the two a little more exposure and hype and we have a very big fight on our hands. Especially if Pac and Floyd are retired by the time they fight and boxing is looking for replacements.

Alexander is a bad ass, but Bradley would beat him i think. Hope it happens cuz these useless tuneups hurt the sport. Boxing needs to pick up the pace

I don't see how Bradley can win this fight when he's so outgunned in the power department. Both guys have great hand speed, and while Bradley has the better defense Alexander controls the ring a lot better I think. And it's not like Alexander is an easy guy to hurt. He's never been down amateur or pro and he took some big shots from Urango and didn't flinch. Bradley on the other hand has been hurt by Kendall Holt. If this fight goes down, I'd be betting on Devon.

Also if Khan is "ducking Maidana", why dont they fight him for their tune up?
exactly, last week this guy was saying '' WHY SHOULD WE FIGHT MAIDANA AND DO KHANS DIRTY WORK '',

nobody forced maidana to take that 3 fight lay off from khan, he could have forced that mandatory, anyway khan had just faced a mandatory right before so he has a right to take pauli as a voluntary defence.

If alexanders team are so confident why dont they just take the winner of maidana-cayo who fight on th 27th which is perfect timing- easily made

Its funny how all the idiots who had something negative to say about Devon because Floyd gave him a compliment aren't talking now Devon is a young hungry fighter and as we can see he's willing to fight anyone any time

I don't think this fight is going to be a difference maker because of power, both fighters have good speed and footwork, Devon defense is what gonna hurt him. Urango was able to land at will but couldn't stay with him because he lacked footwork , Bradley will be able to land and stay ontop of him and fight on the inside at will, I think Bradley workfare is gonna be the difference maker, I like both fighters but Devon IMO just needs to improve on his defense, Bradley is more polished as a boxer... Bradley 115-113...

You're either being ridiculous, or you're a hopeless nuthugger. GPB have paid off Maidana so that he would agree not to exercise his mandatory option for at least three fights and at least a year. They're scared ****less that Khan's chin would get exposed. Maidana is very well known to the HBO audience, having demolished HBO's most hyped prospect in front of a huge audience in a fight of the year candidate last year. The Malignaggi fight would have been okay if it had been on the basis that he'd fight his mandatory next, but it wasn't on that basis. He won't fight his mandatory for at least a year and at least another three fights, and anyone who defends that corrupt, cowardly behaviour, which makes a complete mockery of boxing as a sport, is not a boxing fan, end of story.

He's trying to pull the wool over your eyes, and he seems to have succeeded. GBP have paid Maidana to agree not to fight Khan for at least three fights, and have made it clear in numerous interviews that Maidana is not in their plans for Khan this year. If Khan is sincere about that, he needs to stand up to GBP - and to Roach, who has also made it clear that he doesn't want Khan to fight Maidana for several more fights.

There's a precedent for all this. Khan also said he wanted a rematch with Prescott last year (before Prescott lost), but Warren and Roach over-ruled him, and Khan backed down. Even if he's sincere this time, GBP and Roach will over-rule him again; and unless he has changed his spots since the last time (unlike the leopard), he won't stand up to them this time either.

Witter would have to be rated higher since he beat Kotelnik. You just owned yourself genius.
