Why isn't Klitschko vs. Chambers on HBO?

Just curious considering Chambers is an American heavyweight who has been on a winning streak after losing to Povetkin, not to mention HBO's support of the Klitschko brothers.

HBO has continuously supported the Klitschko's but I think after Vitali's last boring as one sided win and Vitali's last boring as one sided win they have finally stopped giving a ****... which kinda sucks I guess... Trust me, you won't see the Klitschko's back on HBO until they fight fight David Haye/ Arreola again/ or each other

HBO has lost faith in American heavyweights, after several years of poor showings.

That's obvious, but this fight looks better on paper than any other Vitali/Wlad fight (not counting Vitali vs. Arreola). Maybe HBO is losing interests after Wlad vs. Thompson and Vitali vs. Johnson were pretty boring fights.

Because Chambers is a chubby cruiserweight who can't bust a g****. Yes he is skilled but he is absolutely no match for either Klit Bros.

Its just more boxing ***getry, as to the reason I cite for this one not being on any American TV networks,
