          Peter would walk through Povetkin.

I just sat front row in Berlin last week for Povetkin/Mora and although Povetkin is highly skilled he is nothing but a chubby cruiserweight and Mora actually wobbled him one time with one of the slowest punched I have ever seen. Once Peter put hands on Povetkin the fight would be over. Atlas would never let Povetkin fight Peter though. Atlas was scared to death of Dominic Guinn.

All he has is good power and chin, I wouldn't mind seeing him v tua or Areolla, at least you know someones getting finished off in those fights.
That may have been true up until the Chambers fight, he has taken off 25 pounds since then, leads me to believe he is taking his conditioning seriously now, maybe he can fight a hard twelve rounds. Remains to be seen, I hope he can, he can be an exciting fighter.

Sounds like a good fight until Peter quits on his stool again.

If they would tussle I would like to see it transpire. If Povetkin continues to utilize head-movement, then he wins this easily. Peter can come in shape if he wants, but truth be told it's not his conditioning that's held him back; it's his brain and lack of skill. He is limited skill-wise and lacks the intangibles to overcome such.

His power is his greatest asset and his worst trait. He relies solely upon it and thinks at any moment he can land the big shot and end the fight. Thing is, against upper-echelon fighters, it's going to take skill and knowledge to land the big shots. A feint here (which I've seen from him once) and few body shots there (I've seen like 3 of these), and punches in combinations (which he can't pronounce let alone execute). He doesn't believe he needs to change and that is why he won't get any better. Povetkin would take the fight and Peter will never be anything more than a fringe contender.
