Your odds are wrong, you'd lose the bet too. Simple probability and Science at play here. Floyd lets his hands go. He did against hatton, he did against judah. I give floyd a rusty pass in the marquez fight. I agree he doesnt do it as much as he used to, but he still lets his hands go. That said, mosley when about 4 yeras straight as being a one punch at a time fighter as well.

here are the flaws i see:

            - low punch out put.. at least at WW that is
            - he's more flat footed nowadays than he used to at his lower weights
            - his hands are brittle

....other than those... nothing comes to mind
Floyd hasnt hurt his hand in his last 3 fights, marquez, hatton, oscar. He may have in judah, I can't remember. Once floyd stopped wrapping his own hands, his hand problems went away for the most part. He's still extra cautious though at times.

****m is no idiot, but when and if he made that statement, hes not going to be helping shane to the fullest with his strategy if he bases it off of flaws that dont exist.

Agreed. No need to comment any further. He's faught 12 world champions and never lost in 40 straight bouts while winning titles in 5 division. No im not a nut hugger, but yes I know my history. And you do something like that without taking risk.

Lucky for us, floyd will throw a broken hand if need be and knows how to perfectly utilize one good hand if need be. This man wants to win more than anyone in the sport of boxing, he's not going to let a hurt hand stop him. But yeah, it indeed does suck for anyone who has to go through it. However, I think the grant gloves tremendously help floyd along with the better wraps.

That very well could be true and rightfully so on floyds part if he needs it. Floyd isn't the only one in the sport who uses it. If its legal, its fair to use. I know you werent trying to hate, just saying as well bud.
