How the hell do you ruin a fighter? He was permanently injured? If not, then he wasn't ruined. After Margarito, he went on to win 2 fights, 1 against a top WW. Then faced another fighter with a pressure ability similar to Margarito and got fucked over again.

Enough of this ruined crap. Cotto loses because of a bad style match up. He needs to stop fighting people who will pressure him relentlessly.

You wouldn't believe how hard it is to find a picture of Gomez hitting Cotto, and even in that picture I'm not entirely sure.

But thats not the Point, point is, Gomez' shots were so powerful, Cotto didn't even feel them till the margarito fight!

I think Cotto needs to work on his conditioning and defence. But mainly his conditioning, elite fighters need to have a second wind, in the later rounds I see him fading. Mosley, Margarito, Clottey and Pacquiao. Granted Margarito likely cheated he has shown these vulnerabilities in previous fights.
