Why is Roach aiming for a LW? Manny is a proven WW.

***** move if Manny fights Valero. I will Root for the caveman if the fight does happen!

Since Mayweather has an immediate rematch clause, if he loses he's tied up with Mosley again.

So it's either he's facing Mayweather next. If they can't come to terms, his first choice is Edwin Valero?

Mayweather went to the next best fighter when Pacman fight got turned down.

Pacman won't even go after Bradley and Roach gives the excuse he's not a PPV seller as if Valero is not?
      bolded..
and I aint with this BS coming out of this trainers mouth..why would he choose Valero..why?!! he knows Valero would jump at the chance for a big fight, Roach and his minions are full of shit..what about Bradley as a plan B option..

Right on Freddie, who cares about Margarito, he screwed up in the Mosley fight, and Mosley is making a mistake if he wants to fight Pacquiao, I expect Shane to have a tougher fight vs Floyd and even if he wins, Sugar would be easy pickings for Manny.

Alexander and Bradley arent household names, they shouldnt be considered at all. Valero is just an intriguing fight for Pacquiao because of his undefeated record and reputation as a KO artists, Pac-Valero is the best available match up after Mayweather-Pacquiao. Marquez?? I would like to see Manny knock him out but JMM disrespects him the last time out.

Valero has not even been proven as world class at LW forget about him fighting Pac yet.

If he does it fine, it should be a good round while it lasts before Pac splatters him all over the canvas but not a very good win for him.

getting the same feeling. we must wait until after May 1st to see what happens. anyways, Valero is still coming up...ofcourse they would want him a.s.a.p. they could take him out. Valero should fight Alexander or Bradley. in fact, Bradley should be the only name coming out of Roach's mouth. what's wrong with Timmy Roach? do you know how well that fight would sell? better than Valero at the moment since Valero still has to go through the weight gaining process.

Whatever happened to fighting the best fighters out there and not chasing the biggest paydays?

I like this fight more than the Margarito fight. However, I only like it if it is at 140.

pac would eat up valero's punches I bet then taps his glove gesture and attack... valero wouldn't know what hit him.. if floyd doesn't fight him, then I say have Pac fight Williams at 147 and call it a career
