Remember that Robinson also was an accomplished welterweight, so if you consider that he was a multi-division champion and see his overall accomplishments, this could give him a higher P4P status and being the best in one division in particular is not a given. Hagler was not multi-division, but he is perhaps the most dominant middleweight ever.
