Manny sometimes is using technique being hit to take advantage. he used that in several time to make it sure to set up his deadly attack.

These two are not slick fighters at all.

Watch Barrera-Morales I, II and III.

      Also Diaz-Marquez.

      WTF are you talking about?

Clottey knows what he saw and felt in there. I thought Josh would open up after the first or second round. When he didn't, I got the impression that he didn't like his chances and decided to take the easy way out: hope Pac gets tired late and see what happens. It never came to pass. If Clottey had thought, "Hey, I think I can take this little guy...he isn't as fast or hits as hard as I imagined," you have to believe he would have fought more aggressively. This was Joshua Clottey's career-defining moment, and he knew it. He should have left it all in the ring that night. He didn't, and it tells me there's a good chance he didn't think he could handle Pacquiao without getting hurt or embarrassed.

you are spot on there dude...., after a couple of rounds, i think clottey did realise that the small man in pacquiao compared to him actually packs power and speed that could hurt and knock him out if he opened up

clottey was quoted by his own trainer after the fight as saying to him that he didn't engage pac more since he didn't want to get KO'd and give roach the satisfaction of having another one of his KO predictions becoming true...

                  also a possibility...
but fear was in clotteys heart after the first two rounds, that he feared more for himself being taken out.............

that's why that scenario a possibility it maybe and yet it's improbable.

if clottey stayed with those uppercuts on the inside and shoot that str8 right regularly it would have been totally diffrent, pac seemed almost hopeless against that uppercut. 4 some1 with as much speed as manny he shouldnt get hit with a triple uppercut. this is a problem and mosley would expose that in a brutal way.

you wish........floyd is next and i dont think he'll take more risk than clottey knowing how powerful pac's punches are..clottey and floyd have very similar punch output..he willl run , potshot and hope for a decision which i dont think will be enough........
