Good point, actually!! But at the end of the day, Freddie Roach is doing his job. If your opponent is TOO STUBBORN to retire, then you have no choice but to make him retire in the ring or someone else will do it and take your payday!! Obviously, Freddie won't tell Khan to put Ricky in a wheelchair....lol

Freddie is right not to train him!! After the Pacquiao fight, Ricky did NOT try to fix himself physically or mentally. Why would anyone with options want to train a man that is not helping himself???

Well hatton was never the same fighter after he got knocked out by floyd!!! It can happen to a fighter who has never lost before and then they get ko they just lose that feeling of invincibility they had and are never the same!!!

but hopefully floyd will feel the same when shane ices him, then manny can taste the floor next!!!

A part of me wants Hatton to continue because I like watching him fight.

Another part of me wants him to retire for his health and safety.

        Whatever hehe

How would that help Amir's career if Roach already said Hatton is washed up? But then again that's how Pac made his career by beating up washed up fighters. Same trainer Same story.

I think Roach i trying to say that a fight against Khan wouldnt have jeopardized Hatton health because Khan is not strong enough. Personally i would like to see Hatton back if he thinks he can still do it but not against JMM, thats too dangerous first fight back. I would like to see him fight a good English light welter first at home then think about JMM. JMM looked pretty good at the weight he was against Mayweather (condition wise), he took alot of punishment but didnt get stoppped.

                  what?

leeroycroft whatever the **** your name is go home. hatton beat tzyu yes but he ****ing wrestled for twelve rounds like he was rick flair. tzyu got bored and quit cuz the ref wasnt doin his job. mayweather at 140 would have retired him in a boxing match not a wwf main event. hattons garbage choke on your tea and crumpets.
