So how does Floyd comment on what happened in a previous article? Huh? Did it come to him in a dream? Does he have magic powers i dont know about that lets him channel fights directly from heaven? So he can say that Manny was one dimensional when he didnt even watch the fight? Here in New Zealand we have a beer called Tui and this situation fits with their slogan perfectly (ill do a mock ad for them eh?, they go something like this)

Floyd did not watch Pacquiao's fight and was working out instead. Yeah right.

Are you paying attention? Floyd didn't really call Pac one dimensional. It's all made up. And he probably didn't watch the fight. He did buy the PPV for Pac vs Cotto, and didn't lie and say he didn't watch it, but that was when he was going to try and fight Pac. Now he's fighting Mosley, and is focused on him.

Edit: No disrespect to Rick Reeno, but I partly blame boxingscene too for posting a 2nd-hand article about the Cage Report piece without verifying its credibility.

Everyone gets duped once in a while, first hand or second hand. The real point is, we actually went out there to verify it and then posted a retraction. Mayweather's team did NOT want a retraction. They just wanted the news brief taken down because the interview was fabricated. I told them it was our duty to inform the readers the interview was fake. From what I know, we were the only outlet to even send Team Mayweather the quotes for verification. Nobody, other than us, has written a retraction about the interview and I doubt few places will.
