this isn't garbage. I had the same title on purpose because the "how could he know he was going to turn the offer down" excuse goes both ways. Irony is what it's called.

His 14 day compromise made the tests TOTALLY USELESS anyway. According to Victor Conte, the guy who roided athletes for years without getting caught, you only need 24 hours to hide the PEDS from tests in your system.

In other words, if Manny REALLY WAS INTO PEDS, he would have jumped at the 14 day window of cheating. Errr... 13 day window of cheating (remember, he needs 24 hours or 1 day to hide the drugs in his system).
