'I'm doing what the commission wants me to'.You should see the expression on this guy's face to see he wont take no blood.

The strange thing is he puts all sorts of conditions on opponents, like pay a $10m fine per pound you are over weight, catchweights and types of gloves then this guy wont do one thing.

You say what you want Pacquiao is doping.
nothing wrong with penalties if either fighters come over weight,. this condition cannot negatively affect either fighter's training schedule. floyd n pac has never came in over 147, it wont cost them a single cent.

should have ask for a condition that the fight gets cancelled if either fighter comes over weight. that would have made more sense.

blood condition was not fair as it has more negative affect on pacquiao compared to floyd, mentally and physically. If you're a power puncher the last thing you need is having random times of people punching holes in your veins whilst you're power training. Thats why random urine is the preferred method.

    thats how i see it.

You think Floyd cares about the title? He's even on record saying he doesn't give a shi* about Shane's belt and how "I ain't paying no sanctioning fee".

Fact is Floyd has come in over weight before. No different than gov. increasing the penalty for commiting crimes over and over. Do it once, slap on the wrist. Do it twice, slap on that a$$.

Don't speak in behalf of every "human" mate! One man's feast is another man's poison! I don't speak in behalf of Pacquiao I respect every opinion but I'm just stating what people claimed.

You can't just speak for another man's experience, If that makes him weak then WTF can we do about it?

Floyd has his rights requesting for those tests but people will always question his real motive as such.

No one would be defending Mayweather AS MUCH if Pacquaio didn't have a reputation of putting demands and requests on fighters. Mayweather is being made the bad in this particular situation when he's really not.

floyd missed weight for a weight he hasn't fought in, in years.....

he's never missed the 147lb. mark, which is where this fight will be held. show me proof of floyd coming in over 147, and i'll acknowledge pacquiao's weight penalty as relevant.

Thats is a bold to say he is doping because he won't do what floyd wants, if the commission wants to change the testing, it seems as if manny will go along, but for floyd, why should he. the guy talks trash on him every chance he gets and shows him nothing but disrespect.
Test shouldn't matter if he's negative...U guys call Floyd Primadonna when u guys only see things one way.

I agree. It's like saying how can Floyd be great if he hasnt tested himself against an elite fighter capable of beating him?
