how is pacquiao boring floyd ? have u seen his 3 fights vs morales, 2 fights vs barrera, cotto, hatton, de la hoya, 2 fights vs marquez and the clottey performance was great as well cuz floyd had baldomir in front of him as a sitting duck and did nothing, even tiger woods left the building in round 7, manny was at least throwin flurries entertaining the crowd.

It's very possible for any person living in the Vegas to area to walk up to Floyd and get his opinions on a fight. I've seen lesser websites get comments from known fighters. It all depends on timing. Of course there is always the chance the interview is bull**** but why in the world would an "MMA" website fabricate an Mayweather interview talking trash on Pacquiao. An unknown boxing website I can see doing that but why would an MMA website do it? It's not something their target market cares about.

the source is cheap. and it sounds like someone that's trying to imitate floyd rather then floyd himself. why would a cheap mma site post this? WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD THEY NOT? if it brings more traffic and attention to the site who wouldn't be up for it?


BOTTOM LINE.

the way in which this was reported on boxingscene is highly unprofessional. the source wasn't solid. and it's a shame that this site would have to stoop as low as going to some cheap none boxing site (which isn't credible) just to get attention.

lol, ok, well i guess we'll have to agree to disagree. but it's very easy to make up stuff and put it on the net nowadays so ppl should be real particular about the sources they use. even huge news providers have gotten in trouble for the same thing. if you are reporting on something and you use a primary source, you are supposed to give context. that site gave nothing at all, they didnt say whether it was a face to face interview, whether it was an emailed interview, etc. it's just real shady, imo. point is, dont trust everything u read.

what he means by one dimensional is no defense. Pac does not have good defense at all. Everything that clottey threw which was not much, landed. Floyd feels that if he fought clottey he would hit him and not get hit back..it has nothing to do with body shots.
