That's not a fact at all. I think out of everyone who it's claimed he's ducked, I'd say that he should have made an effort to fight Cotto after Hatton. He should not have retired then. That argument can certainly be made. Maybe have fought him at 140 (the Cotto camp didn't want to back then) or After Mitchell. Sure.

The rest is mostly boring garbage from people putting their own spin on things. But if you think that counts as a "fact" I don't know how to help you.
