Yes it would but Pac would beat him without a doubt. Paul is good fighter against stationary opponents. But what i like about this match up is that its two high volume punchers and Pauls reach advantage which would get offset by Manny's speed and power. Its safe to say that Manny is now the hardest hitting welterweight. Manny would win in a KO but would be an exciting fight nonetheless.
