I really hate to be repetitive and this is gonna take some time but please read.

It's different.

Roach said "Pacquiao is willing to take any test, we'll pass with flying colors". (All the while, Arum was constantly throwing the 30 day cutoff). Then Roach said "We'll accept if we're given a 5 day window. Pacquiao is weak for 3-4 days after giving blood". Pacquiao since the start said he didn't want to be tested the day of/ the day before the fight. Then weeks later, he says he'll only agree to a 30 day cutoff. They hire a mediator, Manny's side is offered a 24 day cutoff, Mayweather's side offered a 14 day cutoff (Which is halfway), Pacquiao and his camp decline. Roach (On video) says that he agreed to the 14 day cutoff; which is a lie.

When Pacquiao is asked on ESPN about being offered a 14 day cutoff, his excuse was that he trains very hard during those 14 days. His other excuse was that he was weak after giving blood the day before facing Erik Morales. His recent one is, Mayweather is bigger and so on...

Now we're hearing he doesn't want to go through with it PERIOD.

Lets say you go to work tomorrow. Your boss wants you to submit to random blood testing. Not for any rhyme or reason, just because he has a hunch.

Would you do it? I know I would not.

all we would have to do is not take the job in the first place

NOT negotiate when we can take the tests like say for example you had a really crazy weekend in Vegas and wanted to wait 30 days before you test but then someone reminds you that you took a test 24 days from your last one so you then say ok to 24 days but never 14

Doesn't matter if he's drawing from experience that was his "opinion" but seeing that Pacquiao might fight his son--he asked for them. However, that doesn't mean Pacquiao has to take them but it seems as demand for both to fight rises Pacquiao's genuine reason for not taking the tests may not matter---he will have to take it or not.
