What testing do BBers do? Steroids are extremely easy to cycle out especially when you know the test date.

the context is well understood. that lawsuit will sit at the front step and again, there was no proof on shane. but the rumors got louder and louder until he folded under pressure and came clean.

I don't think these *******s understand what you're saying...it's Manny's fault for letting Arum and Roach talk---they said different stories which didn't match. Manny should've thrown his fears out the window and taken the tests none of this controversary would've happend. Period.

I'm simply saying that manny doesn't need to do anything to prove his innocence since he is still innocent as far as legalities go...

The burden of proving falls on everyone who accused him of taking steroids...

In my personal opinion, manny should have taken the test...however, he also has every right to refuse the test....innocent until proven guilty...

you are right. both he and floyd have the right to accept or decline whatever they want.

but in a era of PEDs and Roids, pac not agreeing to test then having countless conflicting statements coming from him and his team, people have the right to draw their own conclusions.

and this isnt a court of law, its the court of public opinion...guilty until proven innocent is the name of the game and how is works. whether right or wrong , its reality

The difference is, the so called court of public opinion doesn't bind manny in any way.....

Yes they do but they still don't bind him in any way.......Heck 51,000 came to watch him despite all the accusations.....At the end of the day, only a legal entity(a court of law or a boxing commission) has the right to force him to prove his innocence....
