So Arum can stop with the wet dreams about Clottey-Foreman
I've noticed this too. I keep wondering why Miguel re3-signed with him for two years. I'm guessing de la Hoya didn't offer him anything worthwhile when they went golfing last year. But yeah, the disrespect is pretty noticeable.

The reason he re-signed with him was because Arum guaranteed him the Pacquiao fight which netted him about $13 mil. and a shot to beat one of the pound-4-pound best. Oscar was in no position to guarantee him a Mayweather fight because he does not control Mayweather the way Arum controls Pacquiao's career. When he beats Foreman, Arum will jump back on the bandwagon and get him another big fight at 154 vs Martinez, PWill or somebody that will take less money to fight Cotto at the Garden or Yankee Stadium. Re-signing with Top Rank was a good career decision but I doubt Cotto respects Arum as much as he once did.

Cotto should be able to beat Foreman, so we won't have to worry about this fight taking place (or at least Clottey getting another shot at a title so soon.)

Why is Clottey first in line for a title shot?
