Did Trinidad over-trained for the Winky fight?

In a recent interview with Trinidad Sr. he said that Tito did over 300 sparring rounds in preparation for the Winky fight...Is that too much or that's the average?

Also I've heard that he was moving the wrong way (to Winky's right) is that true...and if you were in his corner that night what would you have told him to do?

So you should always move to the left against a lefty?

he lost because he could not break through Winky's defense...what is so hard to understand about that? he was still winging bombs in the 12th round...but he couldn't get through the better man's defensive style...simple as that...next?

Winky made Sugar Shane Mosley..one of the slickest boxers in the sport look like a one dimensional slugger...

No way Trinidad can beat him...

dont be sayin that cuz I know you been done review them gotta lock them shiznite and lay them on them tables so the deal be it known nah mean? Tito dint ova-train doo he was jest beat by a betta fighta nah mean? Maybe if he woulda thrown more punches o sumthin goddamn, maybe he woulda hit Winky's face a couple ya dig?

Tito got stuck lookin fo openings and he jest froze in there and my homie Winky took advantage o Tito doin a doo-a-deee-doo foolin in that ring. Tito lost, Winky won, but I bet by now you know this ight? Keep them rims spinnin ya heard?!
