Clottey might have more power but because of Floyds speed and accuracy i think he can do more damage if he just commits.

When was the last time Clottey knocked somebody unconscious.. Wait it never happened.
Clottey couldn't do what Floyd did to Hatton, Corrales or Gatti. Mayweather has more power because of better skills and speed. Clottey has more physical strength but isn't a good puncher. His punching power is average.

Correct but due to Floyd's chronic hand problems, he doesn't commit to his punches like he once used to.

Clottey is very strong but he rarely sits down and puts full force on his punches. He stays in the shell and thows nice uppercuts and hooks but he doesnt commit to them enough to get guys out of there. Floyd makes up for power with accuracy. He hits you in the right time in the right spot. He also will sit down on a punch every so often but is not consistent. I think Floyd would be more likey to knock someone out though Clottey is physically stronger just because of the way they go about things.

It's sad because it was really nice to see him land offesive combos earlier in his career and hunt his opponents down.

Neither have the power to KO Pacquiao. Maybe he could get stunned by Mayweather but that'd make him fight harder, not turn him into a *****.

You are right, it could be seen in the fight even when Clottey hit Pac with a nice uppercut it wasen't really a good powershot, Manny wasen't hurt and Clottey didn't try to follow up.

i dont think we'll ever see that kind of floyd ever again unless he fights in the lower didvision where puncehs are not comparable to punches comin from bigger guys...........

                    Clottey.

Floyds power shots come because of his timing, not because he hits hard.

                      Clottey probably hits harder.

Mayweather is faster and more accurate though.

I highly doubt Mayweather drops or stops Pacquiao, he couldn't stop a lightweight Marquez in his last fight and he hit him at will for 12 rounds.
