Please, the whole world knows Floyd is scared...I know its tough to admit, but its the truth.
How? Would he have the excuse if Pac passed the test and met his demands and he lost?

There would be no excuse at all. You fail logic 101.

This whole Go by the Commission rules is Bull, No where does the commission require catch weights, and $10,000,000 penalties either.
Because drug testing is within the realm of the state atheltic commissions, THEY ARE SANCTIONED BY THE STATE.

the catchweights, and weight penalties are contractual matters. Don't you see the difference? the NSAC can penalize fighters for not doing their mandated tests.

mandated is a nice word, look it up.

BTW, i am for the cleaning up of boxing, before any troll starts to get any ideas. And the best way to clean up the sport is to make stricter tests mandatory by making the state athletic commissions require it.

Anything less is just plain bullcrap. GBP even admits they won't require it for all fights except FMJ's. so much for sincerity.

It's not a matter of anything like cleaning up the sport. Pac made himself look bad by refusing. Period.

And Floyd does not have future vision, as much as people who think he is scared like to pretend.

          This.... should solve all issues.

If the NSAC changes the rules and Manny still refuses, then he's dead guilty and I stop becoming a Pac fan.

If Pacquiao doesnt want to take a drug test for 40 million dollars.

EVEN If NSAC make random drug testing a requirement.
Better believe Pacquiao will not fight in Neveda. On the grounds the NSAC is bias and you pacquiao fans would run with that line of argument.

Then you guys would say why doesnt Floyd go to every commission in the world and make it a universal requirement that random drug test be required before a boxing match. And if Floyd did that... Pacquiao would probably retire claiming he has nothing to prove... and Floyd was scared to fight.
and then you guys would run with that argument.

How about Pacquiao take the 40 million and take the drug test and help clean up the sport.

If anything is clear from all of this, it is that Pacquiao does not want to take a RANDOM drug test.

Not even for 40 million dollars, which could help allot of poor people in the Phil.

Hell to think about it, he doesnt want to take a drug test at all...Thats is probably why he fought in Texas. Where they dont drug test at all.

The NSAC will not change any rules- too much money would be lost. Obvious point is obvious.

Again, random stipulations like this have been asked for before boxing matches. It's obviously not a big deal.

You guys are acting like it's a crazy request but then admit that if the NSAC mandated it, you'd support it. Okayyyy

Again with this "40 million drug test" Its just as easy, if not easier for Floyd to drop the tests, fight with the rules that are currently in place, collect his $40 million, and easily beat Manny?

Floyd never wanted this fight and he still doesn't. Floyd come out in public and accuse Pac of "refusing" to take the tests when they were still in the middle of negotiating the testing protocol? He had to have known this was gonna kill any chance of the fight, and at the same time, make Pac look bad?

Now he's saying he wants 60/40 split if his PPV beats Pac's? Everyone knows Pac/Clottey is a one man show, why would he throw up yet another roadblock? just face it man, your boy don't want Pac. He wants to take the #1 spot without actually beating the #1 guy. Why do you think he fought JMM? He wanted to easily beat the guy that almost beat Pac.

Let me ask you this, if Floyd beats Shane and becomes the #1 P4P fighter again, what are the chances Floyd's gonna wanna fight Pac? Slim to none! He's gonna finish out his career fighting C level fighters for big paydays. You know, I know it, this whole site knows it!
