It's gonne be almost impossible to knock someone out who:

a) Conditions themselves that well
b) Puts their hands in front of their face to defend for 12 rounds
c) Never opens up
d) Has never been knocked out
e) Is naturally bigger...

Clottey may well have been knocked out if he had opened up for 1 or 2 rounds.

Pacquiao simply did everything he could do to a man who didn't want to fight. Any more and Pacquiao would have George Foreman'ed himse.f

in numerous rounds it looked like manny pacqiuao was gonna stop clottey but he didnt though...but overall pac dominated clottey for 12 rounds..

He didn't get the KO but he did pretty much dominate Clottey through 12 rounds which has never been done.
